Yehovah And His Messiah

Yehovah And His Messiah

Yehovah And His Messiah

or “The Lord and His Christ”

Anyone Out There?

List 2 Preview: When the Messiah descends to earth to be with all of His saints (1 Thessalonians 4:13-17), and with “all the spirit Messengers of Yehovah” (Hebrews 1:6), is He going to abandon His Father in the darkness of outer space? Will Father be “left behind”? Will the Messiah leave Him “out there” for a thousand years all alone? Or, could it be that “Project Earth” was always meant to be a joint venture with Father owning the Kingdom and the Son ruling it?

While most people believe that Father was the “God of the Old Testament”, and that the Son carried out a sort of “corporate take over” relieving His “harsh old Father” of His duties—particularly that of managing the Earth during the “millennial reign”, the Bible show us a much different scenario!

The “Return of Jesus”—OR—When THEY Return?

Mysteries of the Everlasting Kingdom
INDEX

This site has several articles on the Biblical “nature of Yeshua” (Jesus), meaning His eternal past existance and His dominant role in human affairs since Adam but in this list of Bible verses, the topic considered is simply the fact that Yeshua is coming back and His Father will be right there with Him!

Acts 4:26 The kings of the earth and the rulers stood up, and they allied themselves against Yehovah AND against His Messiah’. —The Testimony of Yeshua, Gabriel Version (GV)

Psalms 2:2-9, the source of the above quotation, describes what “the Lord” and “My Son” (v.7) will do. It is in fact at this literally earthshaking moment in time that Father, while standing on the earth, hands over the Kingdoms of the earth to His beloved Son!

Psalms 2:2...9 The kings of the earth take a stand, and the rulers take counsel together, against [Yehovah], AND against His Anointed, saying, 3 “Let’s break their bonds apart, and cast their cords from us.” 4 He who sits in the heavens will laugh. [Yehovah] will have them in derision. 5 Then He will speak to them in His anger, and terrify them in His wrath: 6 “Yet I have set My King on My holy hill of Zion.” 7 I will tell of the decree. [Yehovah] said to me, “You are My son. Today I have become Your Father. 8 Ask of Me, and I will give the nations for your inheritance, the uttermost parts of the earth for Your possession. 9 You shall break them with a rod of iron. You shall dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.” WEB

Ultimately, the kings of the earth take their final stand “against Yehovah AND against HIS Messiah” at “the valley of Jehoshaphat”:

Joel 3:2 I will gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat; and I will execute judgment on them there for My people, and for My heritage, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations.... WEB

Revelation 11:15 The seventh Messenger sounded; and there were voices and thunders, that said, “The kingdoms of the world have become the kingdoms of Yehovah and of His Messiah; and They [1] will reign forever and ever”. GV

[1] Basileuo can just as easily be translated “They will reign” (rather than the usual “He will reign”), in agreement with “Yehovah and His Messiah”—as it is rendered in chapter 22 below:

Revelation 22:4-5 They will see His face, and His name will be on their foreheads. 5 There will be no more darkness; and they will have no need for the light of a candle, or of the light of the sun; because Yehovah gives them light; and They will reign forever and ever. GV

Revelation 12:10 I heard a great voice from the sky, that said, “eternal Life has come, and the power and the Kingdom of our Aloha, and the dominion of His Messiah; because the Accuser of our Friends, who accused them day and night before our Aloha is thrown out. GV

I have some chapters on this site which explain the many Scriptures about the New Jerusalem coming to earth and apparently becoming a city in the clouds of heaven. Biblically, heaven usually means the sky. It can mean where the birds fly, or where the constelations are spread out.

Jeshua is “the Son of Man”. Here is one of many references:

Matthew 19:28 Yeshua told them, “I tell you with certainty, that as for you who have followed Me, when the Son of Man sits on His magnificent throne on the Renewed Earth, you will also sit on twelve thrones, presiding over the twelve tribes of Israel. GV

Yeshua used this title to make plain Daniel’s prophecy. Undoubtedly the Son of Man will join the Ancient of Days here on earth in the Everlasting Kingdom.

Daniel 7:13-14 In my vision that night I looked, and one like the Son of Man came with the clouds of the sky, and as He was approaching the Ancient of Days, they escorted Him into His presence. 14 He was given rulership, and splendor, and a Kingdom, so that all the people, nations, and languages would serve Him. His Kingdom is an Everlasting Kingdom that wont pass away, and His Kingdom is one that that will never be destroyed. WE

Actually “One like” is not in the Hebrew of chapter 7. It should simply read: “and behold, the Son of Man, coming ... ”. On another occasion, Nebuchadnezzar used the phrase “like the Son of God” (Daniel 3:25) but then he did not know for sure who the fourth person in the fiery furnace was. He actually did say “like”—“like (8751) the Son of God” .

In the reference below, John was not positive at first that he was seeing the actual Son of Man until He was told plainly so. He had difficulty distinguishing God from the angels. (Revelation 19:10, 22:9)

Revelation 1:13-18 and, in the middle of the menorah, someone, “perhaps” the Son of Man, wearing a garment down to His feet, and wearing a belt of gold around His chest. 14 His head and His hair were white, like white wool, like snow; and His eyes were like a flaming fire. 15 His feet were like fine brass, flaming in a furnace, and His voice was like high waves on the sea. 16 He had seven stars in His right hand; and a sharp two edged sword came from His mouth. His face was like the sun shining full strength. 17 When I saw Him, I fell at His feet as tho dead. He laid His right hand on me, and said, “Dont fear, I am the First and the Last; 18 who lives and was dead. I am alive forevermore! Aw-mane’. I have the keys of death and Sheol. GV

Revelation 7:10 They called out with loud voices, saying, “Eternal Life to Yehovah, to the One who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb”! GV

1 Corinthians 15:23-24 but everyone in their order; Messiah, the firstfruit; later, at His coming, those who are the Messiah’s. 24 Then the end of these events comes, when He’ll have handed over the Kingdom to Yehovah Father; when every ruler, and every government, and every powerful force will have been overthrown. GV

Notice that the Lamb is feeding them, but God is wiping away the tears:

Revelation 7:17 because the Lamb, who was amid the thrones, will feed them; and will lead them to springs of living water; and Yehovah will wipe every tear from their eyes”. GV

Revelation 14:4 They are the ones who havent defiled themselves with women, they are virgins. They are the ones who follow the Lamb, wherever He goes. Yeshua has purchased them from among humanity, the firstfruits of Yehovah AND the Lamb. GV

Revelation 14:10 They will also drink the wine of the wrath of Yehovah that is poured undiluted into the cup of His punishing anger, and will be tormented with fire and sulfur, in the presence of the Messengers, and in the presence of the throne. GV

Rest assured, the Farther will not miss out on the marriage supper.

Revelation 19:6-9 I heard, as it were the voice of a great gathering of ordinary people, a voice resembling a lot of rushing water, a voice resembled violent thunder, saying, “Hallelujah! Our Master Yehovah, the Almighty, reigns”. 7 Let’s rejoice and be exceedingly glad, and praise Him; because the Marriage Supper of the Lamb has come, and His fiancée has made herself ready. 8 Her compensation was to be clothed in fine linen, pure and shining; because fine linen represents the righteousness of the Saints. 9 He told me, “Write this; ‘Those who are called to the marriage banquet feast of the Lamb are blessed’”. Then he told me, “My sayings are the true words of Yehovah”. GV

Notice that it is not the Lamb’s or Messiah’s Supper:

Revelation 19:17 I saw a Messenger standing engulfed within the rays of the sun; and he shouted to all the birds that fly overhead in the sky, “Come, assemble at this great supper of Yehovah. GV

The “marriage feast” will take place as the wicked are perishing! Imagine what kind of people were “unworthy” if “bad” people are allowed to come instead of those first “invited”.

Matthew 22:8-10, 12-13 Then he said to his servants, ‘The feast is prepared, but those who were invited were unworthy. 9 So go to the entrances into the city; and invite to the feast everyone you find’. 10 The servants went out to the crossroads, and gathered everyone they found, both bad and good; and the wedding hall was filled with guests. ... 12 He asked him, “Friend, why did you come here without wedding clothes”? But he was speechless. 13 Then the king told his “deacons”, “Tie his hands and his feet, and throw him into the outer darkness; there will be wailing and grinding of teeth. GV

Here is more about that same time period:

Revelation 21:1-5 I saw a New Heaven, and a New Earth; because the first Heaven and the first earth had gone [1]; and there was no more sea [2]. 2 I saw the sacred city, the New Jerusalem, descending from Yehovah out of the sky, like a fiancée made ready for her husband. [This is still in the context of the marriage supper.] 3 I heard a great voice from the sky, that said, “Look, the tabernacle [dwelling place] of Yehovah is with humanity [anthropos]. He lives with them; they will be His people; and Yehovah will be with them, yes Yehovah Himself will be with them”. 4 Every tear will be wiped from their eyes; and there will be no more death [1], or mourning, or crying; nor will the previous painful state exist anymore; because the previous evil things have departed. 5 The One who sat on the throne, said, “Look, I am making everything new”. And He said, “Write this down; because these are the faithful and true words of Yehovah”. GV

[1] In what context is “death ... no more”? Isaiah chapter 25 describes this time as occurring at the very beginning of His Everlasting Kingdom.

Isaiah 25:8-10 He has swallowed up death forever! The Lord [Yehovah] will wipe away tears from off all faces. He will take the reproach of His people away from off all the earth, for [Yehovah] has spoken it. 9 It shall be said in that day, “Behold, this is our God! We have waited for him, and He will save us! This is [Yehovah]! We have waited for Him. We will be glad and rejoice in His salvation!” 10 For in this mountain the hand of [Yehovah] will rest. Moab will be trodden down.... WEB

Revelation 22:4-5 They will see His [1] face, and His [1] name will be on their foreheads. 5 There will be no more darkness; and they [1] will have no need for the light of a candle, or of the light of the sun; because Yehovah gives them light; and They [1] will reign forever and ever. GV

[1] This could just as easily read “They will see Their faces”, just as autos is translated in Matthew 6:16, 17:6, Revelation 7:11, and 9:7. It’s the same situation with “His name”. It can be translated as “Their names”. Then, “they will have” and “They will reign”, also “autos”, is usually translated plurally.

Revelation 21:22-23 I saw no Temple sanctuary in it; because Yehovah Almighty is its sanctuary, and the Lamb. 23 The city did not need the sun or the moon to enlighten it; because the brightness of Yehovah enlightens it, and the Lamb is it’s menorah. GV

If God Father were going to be in hiding for a thousand years then would the “the mystery of God” “be finished” during the seal plagues?

Revelation 10:7 When the time comes for the seventh Messenger to sound his trumpet, the mystery of Yehovah will be fulfilled—the Good News He gave to His servants the prophets. GV

In Revelation there is unquestionable distinction between “God” and His “Messiah”, or “God” and the “Lamb”, and so on. The same teamwork is present in these verses of Hebrews where we read of “God” (who must be Father) and “His Son”. Likewise, the specific reference to “God” speaking with “us” “in these latter [as they thought] days” (specifically, after the ministry of John the (Immerser)Baptist) “by His Son” expresses two distinct and unmistakable thoughts. First, the Son is not the same as “God” is in this reference, as they are portrayed as two separate entities. Secondly, the use of the word “by”, in “by His Son”, is particularly noteworthy in that this use of the Greek “en” denotes the “instrument” “thru who” God has spoken; so the Speaker is definitely not this particular God, but again, a separate entity from God. This use of “en” is exactly the same as “by” in verse 1 in reference to the “prophets”, none of them being God Father either. The translators have translated the Greek word “en” into the English word “by” perfectly in verses 1 and 2.

Hebrews 1:1-3 In ancient times, Yehovah spoke with our ancestors in many ways, and by various methods thru the prophets. 2 But in these latter days, He has spoken with us by His Son; who has acquired by Sonship, His allotment—the universe. Thru Him He created the worlds. 3 He brightly reflects His splendor, and is essentially identical in His Being. He sustains the universe by the power of His word. And He, in His own person, after He purified us of our sins, sat down at the right hand side of His Majesty on high. GV

This teamwork is not about to end:

Revelation 20:4 I saw thrones, and Saints sat on them, and judgment was given to them, and I saw the bodies of those who were beheaded for the Testimony of Yeshua and for the Words of Aloha. These are the ones who hadnt worshiped the Wild Beast, or his image, nor had they taken the mark on their forehead or on their hand. They lived and reigned with their the Messiah those thousand years. GV

Zechariah 14:9 [Yehovah] will be King over all the earth. In that day [Yehovah] will be one, and His name one. WEB

David knew that Father would be at the right hand of the Messiah when He judges “the nations” and kills “the ruler of the whole earth” [Satan]:

Psalms 110:4-6 [Yehovah] has sworn, and will not change His mind: “You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek.” 5 The Lord is at your right hand. He will crush kings in the day of His wrath. 6 He will judge among the nations. He will heap up dead bodies. He will crush the ruler of the whole earth. WEB

Therefore it is not the Master (LORD) Yehovah who is the priest, but another—the Master here is Father and He is not talking to Himself!

Here, Paul is speaking of Yeshua the Messiah as being this “priest”:

Hebrews 7:17 He declared about Him: “You are a Priest forever, like Melchizedek”. GV

Isaiah 9:7 Of the increase of his dominion and of peace there will be no end, on David’s throne, and thruout His kingdom, to establish it, and sustaining it with justice and with righteousness from that time on and forever. Yehovah, leader of His army will accomplish this with zeal! —The Word of Elohim, Gabriel Version (WE)

Father has determined to accomplish these things thru His Son.

Daniel 2:44 And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

Compare this to Yeshua’s statement below:

Matthew 6:13 Dont bring us into trial, but rescue us from evil; because Yours is the Kingdom, and the power, and the splendor, into eternity. Aw-mane’”. [It is Father’s kingdom!]

Father will coronate Yeshua on “the throne of His father David”:

Luke 1:32-33 He will be great, and will be called “the Son of the Most High”, and Yehovah, our Yehovah, will give Him the throne of His ancestor David. 33 He will reign over the descendants of Jacob thruout the ages; it will be an Everlasting Kingdom”. GV

Colossians 1:13-15 Yehovah will rescue us from the government of darkness, and transfer us into the Kingdom of His greatly loved Son. 14 He has paid our ransom, and released us from the bondage of sin. 15 He [Yeshua] looks very much like the invisible Aloha, and is the firstborn of all creation. GV

Doesnt this explain any alleged “conflicts” in the Scriptures concerning whose kingdom it is: Father’s or Yeshua’s? Doesnt it also show that there is a difference between the “Lord God” and the “Son” of the Lord God?

Luke 11:2 Yeshua told them, “When you pray, say, ‘Father in Heaven, Your name is hallowed; may Your Kingdom come; may Your will be done as it is in Heaven, on the earth. GV

Revelation 5:13 He will be over everything created in Heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and in the sea; and everything that is in them”. Then I heard the One who sat on the throne say, “The Lamb is being given blessings, honor, praise, and power, forever and ever”. GV

Hebrews 1:6-8 Again, when bringing the Firstborn [Yeshua] into the world, He [Father] said, “All of the spirit Messengers of Yehovah should worship Him”. 7 Furthermore, of the Messengers, He said that He can render His Messengers into wind, and His servants into a flash of fire. 8 But of His Son He said, “Your [Father’s] throne, O Yehovah, is for all eternity; and the scepter of Your Kingdom is a scepter of righteousness. GV

1 Chronicles 29:11 Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, the power and the glory, the victory and the majesty; for all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, and You are exalted as head over all. [This articulates the First Commandment].

Psalms 22: 27-28 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to the LORD, [Father] and all the families of the nations shall worship before You. [i.e. in His presence] For the kingdom is the LORD’S, and He rules over the nations.

Psalms 45:6 Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.

The word “God”, as used here and in 2,605 other places, is “Elohiym”. Elohim is plural in the Hebrew! The singular form, “Elowahh”, is used only 57 times. For that matter Adonai is plural as well! Here is an example of the “plural plural” God in action during the Judgment period. Do you suppose They were serious?:

Isaiah 22:5 For it is a day of confusion, and of treading down, and of perplexity, from [Hebrew: Adonai Yehovah] of Armies, in the valley of vision; a breaking down of the walls, and a crying to the mountains.

Psalms 145:9-12 The LORD is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works. 10 All Your works shall praise You, O LORD, and Your saints shall bless You. 11 They shall speak of the glory of Your kingdom, and talk of Your power, to make known to the sons of men His mighty acts, and the glorious majesty of His kingdom.

There is no reason to believe that these “mighty acts” will be performed from a distance!

Most people assume that when “LORD” is in all caps that it is always referring to Father. How then could anyone fit a 1000 year delay in His coming into the following verse, as one example?

Isaiah 66:15 &amp 23 For, behold, the ‘LORD’ [Yehovah, Father] will come with fire, and with His chariots like a whirlwind, to render His anger with fury, and His rebuke with flames of fire.... For behold, the ‘LORD’ [Yehovah] will come with fire and with His chariots, like a whirlwind, to render His anger with fury, and His rebuke with flames of fire.

When Father says to Yeshua “I will give You the nations for Your inheritance”, is that really done by remote control?

Psalms 2:6-12 Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion. 7 I will declare the decree: The LORD has said to Me, ‘You are My Son, today I have begotten You. [Prior to His human birth, Yeshua was not “the Son”.] Ask of Me, and I will give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for your possession. 9 You [Yeshua] shall break them with a rod of iron [Revelation 12:5, 19:15]; You shall dash them to pieces like a potter’s vessel. 10 Now therefore, be wise, O kings; be instructed, you judges of the earth. 11 Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. 12 Kiss the Son, lest He be angry, and you perish in the way, when His wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all those who put their trust in Him.

Acts 2:34-35 David hasnt ascended into Heaven; because he himself said, “Yehovah said to My Yehovah, seat Yourself on My right hand side, 35 until I will make Your enemies a footstool under Your feet”. GV

Matthew 28:18 Yeshua came near, and told them, “All authority has been given to Me, in Heaven and on earth [after His resurrection]. GV

Romans 14:10-12 Why do you judge your countrymen, or why do you consider your countrymen to be worthless? We must all stand before the judgment seat of the Messiah. 11 The Scriptures say, “As I live, says Yehovah, every knee will bow to Me; and every tongue will acknowledge Me”. 12 So then, each of us must give a defense of ourselves before Yehovah. GV

Here is a segment from The Great and Awesome Day of Yehovah (the Lord)

John 14:2-3, 21 There are many dwelling places in My Father’s house; otherwise, I would have told you; because I’m going to prepare a place for you to live. 3 If I go to prepare that place for you, I will publicly appear again and accept you as My own; so that where I am you can also be. ... 21 Anyone who hangs onto My Commandments, and regards them, is the one who loves Me. My Father will love anyone of you who loves Me [this is no derelict Father],, as will I, and I will reveal Myself to you”. GV

This verse has been used for centuries to justify the idea of going to heaven. However, if there is any doubt about who does the traveling, the following words from the same conversation leave no doubts.

John 14:23 Yeshua replied, “Anyone who loves Me, and regards My teachings; My Father will love, and WE WILL COME TO THEM, and make Our living quarters [“mansion”] with them! GV

These references to “mansions” and “home” are the only places that Strong’s #3438 are used in the entire Bible. They refer to the same event! We can determine from the above that Yeshua “will come again”. In His “Father’s house are many living quarters” (mansions); Yeshua will not come alone because “WE WILL COME to him”, that is come to, “anyone” who “loves Me”. It should come as no surprise that the Messiah said:

Revelation 22:12 I will come quickly! My compensation is with Me, to give to everyone according to what they have done. GV

The reward of eternal life is given to us in NEW JERUSALEM, Their, and our, home or abode!

Father and the Son of Man will rule side by side!

As a parting comment; again as mentioned in Chapter 3, if the following statements are “first contact” references, Father and the Son will make their first appearances on separate mountains.

Zechariah 14:3-53 Then Yehovah will go out and fight against those nations, as when He fought in the day of battle. 4 His [again, Father’s] feet will stand in that day on the Mount of Olives that is before Jerusalem on the east; and the Mount of Olives will be split in two, from east to west, making a very large valley. Half of the mountain will move toward the north, and half of it toward the south. 5 You will flee by the valley of My mountains; because the valley of the mountains will reach to Azel; yes, you will flee, just like you fled from before the earthquake in the days of “Uzziah king of Judah. Yehovah my Elohim will come, and all of the sacred ones with Him. WE

Revelation 14:1 I looked in amazement; as a Lamb stood on Mount Zion; and with Him were one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His name and the name of His Father written on their foreheads. GV

This list was compiled to refute the “Left Behind Theory”, where Father is purportedly abandoned to the “outer darkness” of endless space for a thousand years.
